We’re a growing, client-focused beauty studio looking for a talented and passionate Licensed Lash Artist to join our team! We provide the clients, high-quality supplies, and a beautiful workspace so you can focus on creating exceptional results and building lasting relationships with our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extension services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance.
- Accurately document client information and service notes.
- Rebook clients and help build long-term client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a positive salon environment.
Qualifications
- Current California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required).
- Experience applying eyelash extensions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
