Forks Lath & Plaster (FLP) is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our leadership team. We are currently looking to add Foremen/Superintendents to our team. FLP has been in business for over 25 years and offers excellent compensation packages, along with a stable and solid work environment.
The Superintendent/Foreman is responsible for planning and oversight of all aspects of the assigned project. This role will oversee and manage our crews and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.
Applicants must have/possess:
- High physical capacity/able to lift 50+ lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current and valid Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Clear background record
- 2+ years of labor experience in commercial construction (required)
- 1+ year of previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)
