We are a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in DeKalb, IL dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team focuses on helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. We treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related cases in a supportive, collaborative environment.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic care and ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities

Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT

Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR system

Ensure clinic cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current Illinois PTA license (or eligibility)

CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new grads welcome
