Job Summary
We are seeking 1 motivated and dynamic On-Call Field Organizer to join our team. While the position will be serving the PA and NJ area. MUST BE OPEN TO DRIVING, as road time is part of this position.
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, on-call work with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in working with individuals in decluttering, organizing and managing their belongings. This job can involve creating and implementing organizational systems, helping clients decide what to keep, donate or discard and ensuring spaces are functional and aesthetically pleasing. Organizers may also assist with packing and unpacking.
Job Details
- Position Type: On-Call
- Locations: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware
- Travel Compensation: Additional $25 travel fee per job
- Schedule: Based on client demand and your availability (hours are not guaranteed)
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to clients homes with mileage reimbursement
- Ability to work 5-6 hour shifts not including travel
Duties
- Assess client spaces and understand their needs and goals
- Assisting clients in identifying and eliminating unnecessary items, often with emotional support and empathy
- Sorting, categorizing and labeling items to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Suggesting and implementing storage solutions
- Making efficient use of available space to maximize functionality and aesthetics
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas:
- Customer service background
- Organizational experience in personal or professional setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage your own schedule through assigned jobs
- Attention to detail
