Paragon Spray Foam Inc. is a growing insulation company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for an experienced Spray Foam Installer to join our team.
Job Summary:
Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam for new construction and retrofit jobs. Must be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced with spray foam equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install spray foam insulation (attics, walls, crawl spaces)
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment
- Prep job sites (masking, ventilation, setup)
- Follow job specs, plans, and safety protocols
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- 1-2 + years spray foam experience required
- Knowledge of spray foam systems and safety practices
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in tight spaces/heights
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
