Job Summary:
Greet and direct visitors in the office. Operate multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel. Assist with administrative duties related to escrow closings and train to open orders.
Essential Functions:
- Answer phones and direct callers; greet customers, vendors and deliveries
- Reserve and prepare conference rooms for meetings, and assist with all needs related to internal and external meetings
- Order and stock office supplies; assist in maintaining a clean and professional office space for employees and visitors
- Assist with internal celebrations and holidays such as decorating, meeting organization, food orders, set-up/clean up, etc.
- Assist closing teams when needed by making copies, proofreading documents, recording documents, creating mailing labels, shredding files, etc.
Typical Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Typical Range of Experience:
Minimum of 1-year related office experience
Independence/Supervision:
Limited supervision
Reports to:
Branch Manager
Working Conditions or Accommodations:
May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used:
Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very busy environment; general office skills (typing knowledge of MS Office, basic computer skills); must be available to work overtime as needed.
