CASHIER for Corner 17 at Dierbergs / This position requires daytime availability beginning at 11:00 AM. Please do not apply if you are only available after school or in the evenings.
Job Summary
Corner 17 is looking for a friendly, reliable part-time Cashier to join our team at our Dierbergs location.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent daytime hours who enjoys working with customers and can stay friendly, accurate, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Required Availability
Applicants must be available for ALL of the following shifts:
- Monday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take customer orders accurately
- Operate the register and process payments
- Answer basic menu questions and assist customers with their orders
- Keep the cashier and customer areas clean and organized
- Restock supplies as needed
- Work cooperatively with the Corner 17 team during busy periods
Qualifications
- Friendly and dependable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS/register system
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cashier, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is helpful
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required
