Regional Operations Manager – Healthcare Company

Minimum qualifications:
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Very good multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities
- High energy level and strong work ethic
- 5 years of healthcare and/or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic PC skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for multiple branch locations
- Daily oversight of assigned branch operations
- Responsible for distribution, respiratory, and service departments
- Ensures region operates in a safe, cost-effective, productive manner
- Responsible for hiring, developing, training, supervising, and performance management of personnel
- Maintains a professional relationship with customers, staff members, and vendors
- Ensure company compliance with FDA, DOT, State, and Federal regulations as well as accreditation standards
- Keep current with all company policies and procedures as they relate to the job description
- Identify and/or resolve client/customer service issues
- Collaborate with various members of the management team for projects related to the month-end close, annual budgeting process, developing and analyzing KPIs, etc.
- Assist with new business strategies and planning according to management
- Assist with strategic planning and project management
