Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and mission-aligned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, assessments and supervision within our growing ABA practice. The BCBA will play a critical role in assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple service settings.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & Treatment
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland)
- Develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Design skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (8+ hour assessments as clinically appropriate)
Direct Clinical Services
- Provide direct ABA therapy services as needed (Optional)
- Model interventions and support implementation in real-time
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure generalization of skills
Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to clinical best practices
Collaboration & Care Coordination
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based consultations when applicable
- Maintain strong communication with internal scheduling and care coordination teams
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Maintain accurate session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards, COMAR regulations, and payer requirements (e.g., Medicaid, Carelon)
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Maryland licensure (LBA) or eligibility to practice in Maryland
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience providing ABA services
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related diagnoses
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and assessment tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in school-based, home-based, and community-based service delivery
- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations
