Martin’s Hair Studio is looking for a skilled and personable Cosmetologist to join our team. We are a professional, agile salon located inside a retirement community, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing meaningful service to clients who truly appreciate it.

Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and perms
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping and polish application
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and preferences
- Manage appointments, client notes, and payments using salon software
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Recommend and upsell salon products when appropriate
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
- Experience in hair services and basic nail services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to styling
- Comfortable using salon software systems
- A genuine interest in working with and serving the elderly community
