Heart Care Centers of Illinois, a growing multi-site network of cardiovascular providers, is seeking Patient Representatives to join our front desk team at our Mokena, Joliet, and Palos Park clinic locations. As the first point of contact for our patients, this role is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience.
We’re looking for individuals who combine strong customer service skills with professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and very busy clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, and check in/out patients
- Verify insurance and schedule follow-up appointments/testing
- Collect co-pays and balances; track daily payments
- Manage patient forms
- Answer and route incoming calls
Qualifications:
- Medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may travel between clinics)
