Job Summary
We are an upscale Korean Steakhouse looking for friendly, responsible, and hardworking servers to join our team with a great opportunity to earn excellent tips.

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS or cashiering systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous
- Experience in fine dining or nightlife settings (nightclub experience) is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Background in food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to upsell and enhance guest satisfaction
- Previous host/host or bussing experience is beneficial but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
