Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and health regulations at all times.
- Assist with banquet setups, serving staff support, and other special event needs to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and uphold high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Experience with food handling, bussing, serving, or hotel-related culinary roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in hospitality, culinary arts, or related fields is highly valued.
- Certification in food safety or related training is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications upon hire.
