Accent Eyecare, a busy downtown Dallas practice, is hiring an experienced bilingual optician or optical associate ready to own their work from day one. Our patients range from young and healthy to elderly with serious eye conditions, and the medical and insurance side is where it gets interesting, so we want someone experienced who can handle complexity and keep their cool.

What you'll do:
- Guide patients through frames, lenses, and contacts and close the sale on your own
- Verify and bill across vision and medical plans accurately
- Prep patients and support the doctors through a busy, varied day
- Read the floor: handle what's yours to handle, check in on what isn't
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on optical and billing experience (experienced strongly preferred; exceptional aptitude and attitude can substitute)
- Confident across multiple insurances, including the medical claiming side
- Steady and adaptable with very sick patients and quick sales alike
- Respectful and easy to work with on a tight team
- Wants a long-term seat in a diverse, high-energy downtown practice
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Comfortable communicating clearly with patients.
