We are hiring an experienced Customer Success Coordinator to join our existing team.
Einstein Fulfillment is a 3PL multi-client fulfillment warehouse in Coppell TX.

This position is onsite in Coppell, TX.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Respond to client inquiries and requests via email and chat in a timely fashion
- Manage multiple clients as assigned
- Understand SOPs for all clients related activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate clients’ needs
- Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
- Proactively respond to clients’ emails and chat
- Provide KPI’s to client’s specifications
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls ensuring outstanding service
- Act as a resource for new and existing customers
Qualifications for Logistics Customer Success Coordinator
- 1-year 3Pl multi-client warehouse customer service experience
- Proven written and oral communications skills
- Experience with shipping and carrier options
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Familiarity with WMS systems and practices (ShipHero preferred)
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Bi-lingual English - Spanish preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
