Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) clients.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicle options, including explaining automotive financing options and upselling additional features or services.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet customer expectations while achieving dealership sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM software to track interactions, follow up on leads, and support ongoing client engagement.
- Assist customers with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and explaining key features to enhance their buying confidence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage inventory control, organize showroom displays, and support overall dealership sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales, cold calling, and developing new client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with effective communication and public speaking abilities.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM systems for customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, and upselling techniques.
- Ability to close deals efficiently while providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- High energy level with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets and managing multiple client accounts.
