The Role…
As a General Manager, you are the driving force behind your bar’s culture, performance, and guest experience. You lead with purpose, ensuring every decision reflects Pouring With Heart’s core values of community, camaraderie, and connection. This role blends operational excellence, inspirational leadership, creativity and genuine hospitality to create memorable experiences for both your team and guests.

Main Duties, but are not limited to…
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment built on trust and collaboration.
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage budgets, revenue goals, and cost controls to ensure sustained profitability.
- Work closely with your AGM and BLT to develop leadership skills, delegate effectively, and build team alignment.
- Collaborate on cocktail menus, programming, and creative activations that reflect your bar’s brand and community.
- Partner with vendors, marketing, and events teams to drive awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead regular meetings and performance reviews to ensure clear communication and accountability.
- Maintain compliance with all labor, safety, and health standards, fostering a culture of integrity and care.
- Represent Pouring With Heart with professionalism, authenticity, and pride in every interaction.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of bar leadership experience (multi-unit or high-volume experience preferred)
- Proven track record of managing teams, driving sales, and achieving financial targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor at all levels
- Deep understanding of hospitality, guest relations, and community engagement
- Ability to balance creativity with financial awareness (menu costing, waste reduction, ROI tracking)
- Exceptional knowledge in Agave along with other spirits.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Fast-paced movements and mobility required to cover bar and floor space efficiently
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as part of daily bar operations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
