Client Onboarding Analyst – Commercial & Private Banking
100% In-Office | Start Time Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST
We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Analyst to support high-value client transitions and account onboarding within a well-established financial institution. This is a high-touch, client-facing role focused on supporting commercial and private banking clients through account setup, transfers, and platform migrations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking, private banking, or banking operations, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive client matters with professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage client account setup, onboarding, and platform migrations
- Support commercial and private banking client transitions
- Collect, review, and process required account documentation
- Conduct outbound client communication by phone and email
- Provide Level 1 support and triage during client transitions
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion
- Track onboarding activity and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all processes are completed in compliance with bank policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Private Banking, or high-touch financial services
- Experience supporting high-net-worth and complex clients
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and email follow-up
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working 100% onsite from day one
- Experience with client onboarding, account migration, or banking operations strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
