Job Title: Retail Operations Team Member (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
We are an employee-owned company seeking a reliable, positive, and flexible team member who is eager to learn all aspects of our business. This is a full-time, cross-trained position that supports multiple areas of the store, including the sales team, operations team, post office, and general store maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to being a dependable part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by assisting customers and helping with daily retail operations
- Assist the operations team with tasks including stocking, folding, labeling, organizing, and overall workflow support
- Work in the post office area providing customer service, shipping assistance, and basic mailing services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, trash removal, and general cleaning duties
- Assist across all departments as needed based on daily business priorities
- Provide a positive, helpful, and customer-focused experience at all times
- Be flexible and willing to transition between roles and responsibilities throughout the day

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
