Job Summary:
Our Website Support Specialists are essential to keeping our clients' websites running smoothly. You’ll support content updates, troubleshoot issues, perform QA reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, performance, and consistency across our digital ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:
As a Website Support Specialist, you’ll help maintain and improve our clients’ websites by managing support requests, updating site content, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality releases. Your work directly contributes to delivering an exceptional digital experience for our clients and their customers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage incoming website support requests, prioritize tasks, and track progress to ensure timely resolution.

Troubleshoot website issues such as broken links, missing data, display errors, and CMS-related problems.

Perform QA checks for new website launches, template updates, promotions, pricing updates, and feature releases.

Update and maintain product data, pricing, promotions, landing pages, and other content using internal tools and CMS platforms.

Build, edit, and optimize custom CMS pages based on business requirements and client specifications.

Support new client onboarding by preparing admin access, verifying content readiness, and providing training on website tools and admin features.

Proactively identify areas for improvement, recurring issues, or inefficiencies and recommend solutions.

Document processes, findings, and updates to ensure alignment and support continuous improvement of workflows.
Basic Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in website support, digital operations, QA, or CMS management.

Familiarity with website structure, CMS concepts, and basic troubleshooting practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate issues into clear next steps.

Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based tools; basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience is a strong plus.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Web Design, or a related field.

Familiarity with the appliance or retail industry is a plus.

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
