Hourly base pay+ Sales Commission. We are seeking a highly organized and responsible person to join our sales team. Must be proficient, listening and speaking, in the Mandarin Chinese language. In this position, you will be required to contact existing customers, including Chinese speaking customers whom does not or have very little English comprehension, to discuss their needs. We will provide training so you can be knowledgeable about our product and answer questions about our product. Help the Sales team maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships. Support the sales team with checking/confirming/updating inventory creating sales orders/invoices, processing shipments and payments. Other duties will include assisting the sales team with preparing required documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, generating reports and generally keeping projects organized, tidy, and running smoothly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Understand and speaks Mandarin Chinese Do not need to be proficient in reading or writing.
- Can retain and recall product information
- Good sales habit. ie. understand and anticipate customer needs. routine follow ups, etc.
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field is a plus but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) efficient in using outlook for email and scheduling appointments/updating calendars using outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
