Our Business Development team plays a critical role in expanding access to care by building trusted relationships throughout the communities we serve.
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our Northwest Florida sales team as an Associate Business Development Representative. This role supports the Regional Sales Manager while developing relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners throughout the Tampa market.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
- Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations.
- Execute territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Support referral growth throughout the Northwest Florida territory.
- Learn the healthcare marketplace while developing your business development skills.
- Track customer interactions and territory performance.
- Represent RejuvenX professionally within the community.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and organized.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Healthcare, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Field-based position with daily travel throughout the Northwest Florida territory.
- No overnight travel required.
- Occasional networking events outside normal business hours may be required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
