Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Machine Operator role located in Lawrenceville, NJ. The Tablet / Capsule Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality control checks, and using hand tools to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
$20-$35 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor tablet press, capsule filling, powder mixing, and bottling machines.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and produce according to specifications.
- Perform line clearances and changeovers between products.
- Conduct in-process checks (weight, appearance, count, etc.) and record results accurately.
- Troubleshoot equipment and notify maintenance of any malfunctions or mechanical issues.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Complete production logs, batch records, and other documentation accurately.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure all production meets regulatory and company standards.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of machine operating experience in a food, supplement, or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
- Familiarity with tablet presses, capsule fillers, mixers, and packaging equipment.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and SOPs in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
- Associate or higher
Preferred Qualification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Chinese) a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
