ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I joined State Farm in 2021 and opened this agency in 2026 after a career in logistics. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so I understand both the challenges and rewards of building something from the ground up. I'm passionate about providing the training, coaching, and support needed to help new team members succeed.
Our agency is built around relationships. We believe in taking the time to understand our customers' needs and becoming trusted advisors in the community. As a new agency, you'll have the opportunity to help build lasting customer relationships and make a meaningful impact from day one.
We offer a health stipend, licensing reimbursement, monthly team lunches, Casual Fridays, fun team outings, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. You'll also have the opportunity to work with an established book of business while continuing to build new relationships.
My goal is to create an environment where team members feel like they're working with me, not for me. I'm looking for someone who is persistent, trustworthy, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to grow alongside a brand-new agency, we'd love to meet you.
