Responsibilities
- Independently manage assigned cases from intake through ongoing treatment
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and complete reassessments (97151)
- Develop, write, and update assessment reports and treatment plans
- Ensure services and documentation meet funder requirements and medical necessity criteria
- Supervise and support RBTs, including program implementation and training
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with administration and the Clinical Director regarding clinical standards, recommendations, and company policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
- Florida Medicaid provider enrollment
- Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs, reassessments, treatment planning, and report writing
- Strong understanding of insurance-funded ABA services and documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing credentialing with Medicaid managed care organizations and/or commercial insurance plans
- Experience serving clients across home, school, and community settings
