Job Title: Kitchen Staff / Grill Cook (Brazilian Churrascaria)

Job Description:
Rio Grande Churrascaria is looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. This position involves preparing and cutting meats, assisting with food preparation, and cooking meats on the grill following traditional Brazilian churrasco style. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, trim, and cut different cuts of meat for service
- Season and cook meats on the grill according to restaurant standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Follow all food safety and kitchen procedures
- Work closely with gauchos and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or grill experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of meat preparation and cooking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Preferred: Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
