We are looking for:
We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team member to join us as Escape Room Instructor and VR Game Host. In this dual role, you will operate high-tech VR equipment, lead guests through immersive Escape Room experiences, and ensure every guest has a safe, smooth, and fun adventure from start to finish.
Game Host Job Duties:
- Greet and brief players on game rules, storyline and safety protocols for VR and Escape Room.
- Monitor games to provide assistance and guidance on activities and ensure all guests follow proper game rules and protocols.
- Reset and prepare the Escape Rooms and VR for each appointment
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, integrity, and functionality, including minor repairs (on-site training provided).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (College preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or entertainment is required.
- Interest in Escape Rooms, Puzzles and Video Games is preferred.
- Comfortable working with technology (on-site training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment, including moving quickly between tasks.
- Experience working with or around children is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Hours:
Must commit a minimum of 30 hours per week and be available to work weekends & holidays.
