Job Description
Esmeraldas Boutique is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to assist with developing, coordinating, and executing marketing efforts across social media, web, and emerging digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, content creation, and digital trends who thrives in a fast-paced, in-store environment. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital and social media marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager on content ideas and execution
- Monitor social media and campaign analytics and report performance insights
- Assist with creating landing pages and basic marketing funnels
- Help coordinate team members to maintain a consistent brand and marketing direction
- Research industry trends, fashion trends, and digital culture to inspire creative strategies
- Assist with managing ad assets, content calendars, and digital deliverables
- Maintain marketing documentation, outlines, and schedules
- Support cross-platform consistency across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in school or planning to pursue studies in marketing, communications, digital media, fashion marketing, or a related field
- Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing principles
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Comfortable reviewing analytics and performance metrics
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Passion for fashion, social media, and digital trends
- Reliable transportation and availability to be in-store 2–3 times per week
- Bonus (Not Required, but a Plus)
- Content creation experience (Reels, TikToks, photos, captions)
- Canva, CapCut, or basic design/video editing skills
- Interest in influencer marketing or brand partnerships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $1.00 per hour
