Now Hiring: Host / Hostess
We’re looking for a friendly, welcoming, and dependable Host/Hostess to join our small family restaurant. If you enjoy meeting people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and being part of a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
● Welcome and greet guests with a warm smile
● Manage seating and reservations
● Answer phones and assist guests with questions
● Help maintain a clean and organized entrance/host stand
● Work closely with our servers and kitchen team
● Provide excellent customer service from the moment guests arrive

● Restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess experience or similar hospitality roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and POS transactions
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction
