THE SERVICE ADVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for someone who:
● Has automotive service advisor experience
● Understands some automotive repair terminology
● Has exceptional communication and customer service skills
● Is organized and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Can explain repairs clearly without overwhelming customers
● Builds genuine relationships with customers
● Takes pride in doing things the RIGHT way
● Has a positive, team-first attitude
● Understands that customer service isn't an afterthought — it's the job
