We are looking to hire full time Sales Associates with a strong passion of Fashion and Social Media!
Responsibilities:
- Style, sell and suggest items while providing outstanding customer service.
- Must participate with Social Media (IG + TikTik).
- Greet and acknowledge all customers
- Explain product knowledge and fits to shoppers.
- Answer the phone and reply promptly to all emails.
- Assist in planning and hosting events and partnerships.
- Communicate buying and merchandise needs.
Visual Merchandising
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards at all times.
- Ensure representation of all merchandise (styles & sizes) are on the floor and restocking.
- Size and space clothing racks after each client is in the boutique to ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day.
- Fold, straighten and ensure high visual standard of products throughout the day.
Operations
- Participate in keeping the selling floor to operational and visual standards at all times.
- Accurately process all POS transactions and capture of customer information.
- Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms.
- Clean mirrors/ surfaces and dust shelving and racks daily.
Qualifications:
- Passionate for customer service, clienteling, and styling.
- Must be a self-starter
- Must participate with Social Media
- Must love fashion and are familiar with our brands and vision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
