Eddington Supply – Yard Manager / Foreman
Pay: Starting at $22-$29+/hour based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours guaranteed (Open 7am-4pm M-F, 7am-12pm Sat)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily yard operations
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials
- Manage inventory organization and yard layout
- Direct yard staff and assign daily tasks
- Ensure safe operation of forklifts and equipment
- Maintain a clean, efficient yard environment
- Assist customers and contractors with pickups
- Work closely with office staff and delivery drivers
- Help train and develop new employees
Requirements
- Ability to lift 60+ pounds
- Previous yard, warehouse, construction supply, landscaping, or supervisory experience
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Front-end loader experience preferred
- Knowledge of masonry, hardscape, landscape, or building materials is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
