We are seeking a Cook / Kitchen Manager for our Coon Rapids childcare center. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious meals, staying organized, and being part of a warm, supportive team. If you love cooking for kids and want no nights or weekends, this could be the job for you.
Additional hours working directly with children in the classroom are available if desired, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks for children and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
- Track and safely accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist the Center Director with weekly food orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background study
- Comfortable working around children
- Kitchen or cooking experience required
- Reliable, positive, and organized
