Immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a few of our property in Garden Grove. The ideal candidate will have experience in standard multifamily housing turnover and repairs. Some duties will include, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs and painting.
Qualifications:
Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in apartment maintenance on 100 + unit property
Experience in all trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, a/c, etc.)
Prefer HVAC certification but not required.
Own transportation, tools, valid CDL and auto insurance. Pass drug screening and background check.
Work schedule Mon- Fri 8:30am - 5pm and must be available for after hours emergency calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
