Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader, Landscape Maintenance, to spearhead outdoor groundskeeping and landscaping projects. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled landscape technicians to deliver high-quality lawn care & landscape maintenance. Your leadership will ensure efficient project execution, adherence to safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, weed whacking, pruning, planting, and grounds upkeep.
- Lead and motivate a crew of landscape technicians to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
- Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and maintenance; provide guidance on horticultural best practices.
- Manage equipment operation for grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, ensuring proper use and safety compliance.
- Occasionally Plan and execute construction projects related to landscaping or hardscape features such as patios or walkways.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress; report any issues or safety concerns promptly.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping roles.
- Extensive outdoor work experience involving lawn care, gardening, tree care, and grounds management.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant identification, irrigation management, and hardscape installation.
- Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, irrigation tools, and construction machinery.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management and crew supervision in outdoor environments.
- Construction experience related to landscaping projects is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles is required.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
