Summary:
The Director of Residential Services is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operational oversight of NeuSpark PDS's OPWDD residential programs, including IRAs and ICFs. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director serves on the Senior Leadership Team and collaborates with HR, Finance, Quality Improvement & Compliance, Clinical Supports, Community Services, Nursing, and Property Management to ensure exceptional person-centered services. The Director is responsible for regulatory compliance, operational excellence, fiscal stewardship, workforce development, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement.
