1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (includes shift differential)
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical implants and instruments. Your work directly impacts the number of patients we can serve—while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and precision.

Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments

Accurately document inventory usage and packaging processes

Perform tasks such as:

Instrument assembly (various complexity levels)
-
Cable cutting, welding, orbit forming, and laser etching
-
Clean room labeling, packaging, and documentation
-
Inspect and test completed products using precision tools
-
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
-
Support material handling and inventory cycle counts
-
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards

High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Manufacturing and/or similar experience preferred
