This is a hands-on floor management job. You will run shift financials, train the crew, and handle daily cash procedures. It fits someone with previous food service leadership experience who knows how to control labor costs, track daily inventory, and step onto the line when the kitchen gets busy.
What It Takes
- Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of previous job experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Preferred:
- Some college education
Your Floor Operations
- Direct crew assignments and train new staff during your shift.
- Process daily cash procedures and manage register drawer drops.
- Track store inventory, waste, and labor costs to report to the General Manager.
- Screen prospective applicants and help process new hire paperwork.
- Talk with customers directly and resolve any service issues quickly.
- Maintain a clean dining room and kitchen to meet strict safety standards.
Pay & Extras
- Base hourly pay (up to $17.50 per hour)
- Shared customer tips (up to $1.50 per hour)
