Our client, a community management organization specializing in manufactured home communities, is seeking a Maintenance Mobile Home Park to join their team. As a Maintenance Mobile Home Park, you will be part of the Groundskeeping and Maintenance Department supporting the community residents and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Mobile Home Park
Location: Phoenix Arizona 85009
Pay Range: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas throughout the community.
- Plant, water, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
- Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and blowers.
- Remove weeds, litter, debris, and other materials from common areas and vacant lots.
- Assist with irrigation maintenance and report any issues requiring repair.
What's Needed?
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions from supervisors.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor physical activities.
