What you'll do
Drive an assigned route of residential and commercial pools and spas. You'll brush, skim, vacuum, and balance water chemistry to keep every pool crystal clear. You'll also spot equipment issues early — before they become expensive problems — and represent Elite with professionalism on every visit. Your customers will plan their day around you. That matters.
Who we're looking for
- 21+ with a valid, clean driver's license (required for company vehicle insurance)
- Reliable and punctual — clients depend on you showing up
- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors in the heat
- Self-directed — you do good work whether or not someone is watching
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No pool experience needed. If you take pride in what you do and want more than just another job, you'll fit right in.
