Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily operations of clinical programs, provide leadership to clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Supervise and evaluate licensed counselors, counselor assistants, and floor coordinators
Provide guidance, performance evaluations, and professional development to staff
Implement and monitor policies to achieve clinical program goals
Oversee quality assurance and OhMHAS compliance
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for continuity of care
Conduct individual or group counseling sessions as needed
Master's degree in health or human services-related field preferred
Minimum 2 years clinical and/or supervisory experience
Licensure: LCDC III, LICDC, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, or LISW preferred
Proficiency in EHR systems
