What You’ll Do
As a recruiter, you’ll connect people with job opportunities and support them from application through hire.
- Interview and match candidates to open positions
- Use social media, job boards, and referrals to find talent
- Build relationships with candidates and employees
- Help onboard new hires and ensure a great experience
- Keep records organized using our systems
- Work closely with your team to meet hiring goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a metric driven environment
- Must be comfortable sharing a small space with team members.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Upbeat and socially perceptive personality
- Willing to engage and build rapport with employees and supervisors in a professional manner
- High level of responsiveness and engagement within the community
- Team oriented and willingness to help
- Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction
- Strong technology and social media skills
- Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
