Security Officer Patrol
As a Security Officer Patrol Unit in NASHVILLE, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to verify credentials and/or permissions, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or suspicious conditions observed during patrols.

Support traffic flow and crowd awareness during busy periods, special events, and/or peak arrival and departure times while following post orders and client-specific expectations.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
