A global water solutions organization providing equipment, chemical, engineering, and service solutions for industrial water management and sustainability.
The Procurement Specialist coordinates with fabrication vendors and internal production teams to ensure fabricated items are completed and delivered according to project and production schedules. The role focuses on supplier communication, schedule alignment, delivery tracking, purchasing, and proactive issue resolution.

Coordinate with fabricators and suppliers on production schedules, lead times, and delivery commitments.

Track fabricated items from purchase/order release through completion and delivery.

Partner with production teams on required dates, priorities, and schedule changes.

Communicate schedule risks, delays, and recovery plans to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare status reports covering fabrication progress, open orders, and delivery lead times.

Review quotations against engineering drawings and specifications.

Create and issue accurate purchase orders reflecting pricing, quantities, lead times, and terms.

Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Complete special projects and duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

3+ years of supply chain experience, ideally within manufacturing or an industrial environment.

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

High level of accountability and integrity.

Ability to work onsite at least three days per week.

Manufacturing or industrial supply chain experience.

Experience coordinating fabrication suppliers and tracking production schedules.
