Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will help install epoxy floors. This position requires physical stamina, ability to leave town for multiple days at a time, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Duties
- Painting floors
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Load and unload materials from trucks and ensure proper storage on site
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Basic knowledge of electric tools and equipment is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
