Water Well Drilling Assistant / Pump Installer / General Laborer
Pay: $15-$21 an hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a water well drilling assistant, pump installer, or general laborer. This is a hands-on position that involves assisting with water well drilling, pump installation, and other general labor duties. If you have experience with pumps, welding, or operating heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in water well drilling operations and pump installations
- Operate and maintain equipment as needed
- Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and assembling materials
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite
- Work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Participate in overtime as needed to complete projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pump Experience - Knowledge of pump installation and repair is a plus
- Welding Experience - Ability to weld for project needs
- Forklift Operating Experience - Certification preferred but not required
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Ability to work overtime when required
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with overtime
