We are seeking a dynamic, experienced part-time Server to join our team and elevate the service standards at our upscale Asian-fusion sushi restaurant at both of our locations: Town & Country & South Tampa. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality while being able to smoothly multitask during very busy periods. We prefer someone with their own reliable transportation, minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant background (upscale preferred), and able to work a combination of opening and closing shifts at both locations as a Server. Must also be willing to cross-train on Hosting and occasionally pick up shifts.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant, No Exceptions
- Ability to work both serving AND hosting shifts, No Exceptions
- At least 18 years of age in order to serve alcohol
- Exceptional personal hygiene with sophisticated, polished presentation
- Ability to work a different combination of day/night shifts
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Outgoing, friendly, and welcoming personality
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in guest needs
- Able to multi-task and stay organized and calm during very busy periods
- Accurate cash handling skills
