3+ years proven Loan Operations experience.
Provides monitoring, input and maintenance of commercial, mortgage and consumer loan files in the banks core system.
Insures tasks necessary to book the loans, are complete, and documents received are inspected to assure the loan file meets the requirements of the bank for completeness and accuracy.
Insures the tasks necessary to secure the loan files, from closing to pay-off or charge-off, are complete and all documents have been filed.
Collateral received is inspected to assure the file meets the requirement of the bank for completeness and accuracy.
Effective communication skills; both orally and written.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Jack Henry Operating System, Synergy Imaging, and reading Laser Pro documents.
Ability to maintain a high-degree of accuracy. Knowledge in working with computers, computer systems and calculators.
Handles multiple priorities, makes decisions within deadlines, manages challenging situations appropriately while adhering to policies and procedures.
