Sales & Design Coordinator

About the Role
This is a client-facing sales and design coordination assistant role built around warm, pre-qualified leads. Our marketing brings the clients in -- your job is to understand what they want, guide them through the design and selection process, get the contract signed, and coordinate everything through to job completion.
You are not cold-calling. You are not managing a crew. You are the point of contact from first meeting through final delivery, which means you own the client relationship and the outcome.
This role is built to flex around the right person. If you are in school and need three days a week with some remote work, we can structure that. If you want to grow into a full-time salaried coordinator role, that path is real and defined. We care more about finding the right fit than filling a fixed schedule.
What You Will Do
- Meet with pre-qualified clients in person and by phone to understand their project goals
- Guide clients through design selections and recommend solutions that fit their scope and budget
- Overcome objections and close contracts with confidence
- Coordinate materials, scheduling, and job logistics from contract through completion
- Collaborate with our design and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay current on remodeling trends and product knowledge to better serve clients
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $15/hr to start -- hours and schedule flex around the right candidate
- Part-Time to Full-Time: Start where you are, grow into a full-time salaried role if that is your goal

Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable with basic math for estimates, transactions, and project coordination
- Self-motivated with a drive to own outcomes, not just complete tasks
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career, not just filling a position
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Background in customer service, retail, or sales
- Familiarity with remodeling, interior design, or construction
- Knowledge of Kentucky building codes
