Server – La Reprise Wine Bar and Restaurant
Location: Burlington, Vermont | Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Start: Immediate | Compensation: Hourly + Tips
La Reprise is a wine bar and restaurant focused on thoughtful hospitality, expressive wines, and a menu of small plates and entrées rooted in traditional European flavors. We are passionate about creating a warm, engaging experience for every guest — and we’re looking for a Server to help bring that vision to life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a hospitality setting (restaurant, wine bar, etc.)
- Basic wine knowledge and an eagerness to learn more — we’ll provide ongoing training
- Strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a guest-first attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and with a team
- A genuine interest in food, wine, and creating meaningful dining experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests
- Guide guests through the menu, including food and wine options
- Maintain a clean and organized section and assist in opening and closing duties
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Stay curious and engaged in wine and food education through ongoing staff training
